Colortran ENR, Topaz, Viewpoint, Status Consoles, and more-We fix them all

Do you have a Leviton, NSI, or Colortran Dimming and/or Control System that is no longer manufactured?

If so, we can probably (99.9 percent chance) fix them and keep them running like new.  We service all of the old Leviton, NSI, Colortran ENR or Topaz Dimming Systems.  Check out our website:  goknight.com for repair and/or purchase replacements options.

We can also repair the Viewpoint Control System’s control stations (Viewpoint LCD, LED, Entry, and Panic)!  Don’t throw them out, just go to our website (www.goknight.com) and you can send them to us for repair.

In addition, if you have an existing Viewpoint Control System with either a Standard or Expanded Viewpoint Control Module, we HAVE the EEprom memory cards that allow you to read and write to the memory without a laptop computer.

Those same EEprom memory cards also work with the Status Lighting Consoles for the reading and writing of the memory on the Status Lighting Console.  Where can you find those EEprom memory cards, you may ask?  You guessed it!  Check out our website at http://www.goknight.com!

If you have any models of older Leviton, NSI, and/or Colortran dimmers and/or Lighting Consoles, we can help.  Just give us a phone call and/or send us an e-mail and we will help solve your issue!

No system is too old or too damaged to be repaired!

  2. I’m working on an ENR 96 and I had to move one of the single button viewpoint stations. Now I am not getting any voltage(12vdc) at any wall stations or at the control module. So I’m just curious what I could look into.

    • Hi Josh,

We should be able to help you trouble-shoot this issue. Please call our office at (330)940-4078 or toll free at 1-866-457-5937. Thank you!

    • The quick answer is that the fuse supplying the voltage popped. If you look at the top of the expanded viewpoint control module, the one with the memory card, you will see a fuse. Not the three fuses by the power transformers, but the single one on the top board. This fuse supplies the voltage for the stations. I am not sure what you mean by the voltage at the control module itself. Are you reading the voltage off the terminal block?
If it is not the fuse that is blown, then gives us a call to talk through other options.
